Thanks for shopping with Drooze! This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship the products you order through our store. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free. We offer free shipping on all orders — there is no minimum order value and no shipping charge added at checkout.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will let you know using the contact details you provided with your order.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery is 7 to 18 business days from the date your order is placed. This window includes the time we need to process and prepare your order as well as transit time to your address.
"Business days" means Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, high-volume periods, or incorrect or incomplete delivery information. We are not responsible for delays caused by these factors.
Order tracking
Where tracking is available, we will send a tracking number to the email address associated with your order once it has shipped. Please allow some time after dispatch for tracking information to begin updating.
Customs, duties, and import fees
Your order ships from China. Orders entering the United States may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges, and under current U.S. rules these can apply regardless of your order's value. Any such charges are set by U.S. authorities, are separate from the product price and from the free shipping we provide, and are the responsibility of the customer (the recipient). They are typically collected by the carrier or a customs broker before or at the time of delivery. We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amount, as rates and rules change frequently. If applicable charges are not paid, your order may be delayed, returned, or held by customs, and a refund may not be possible. If you have questions about potential charges, we recommend contacting U.S. Customs and Border Protection or reviewing current U.S. import requirements before ordering.
Risk of loss
Once we transfer your order to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you, as set out in our Terms of Service.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If an order is returned to us for this reason, we may contact you to arrange re-shipment, which may incur additional costs.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@trydrooze.com and we will do our best to help. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked delivered by the carrier, or for damage caused during transit by the carrier. Claims for items damaged or lost in transit may need to be made with the carrier.
